NSV - inches off!!
 

I have been in a weightloss challenge the last two weeks. Normally the first two weeks I can expect to see my biggest numbers. However, this time 3/4 of a pound 1st wk and 1 1/4 pound week 2 even afer being POP with food and exercise. But....we also get measured every week and I have lost 5 inches in those two weeks! 3" are from the bust and just above the bust. I just may fit into some of those cute summer tops this year!

The lady measures every week because she said when she lost her weight she lost only a couple pounds and yet was down a pants size. She is encouraging me not to worry so much about what the scale says.

It's amazing how those inches come off fast and suprising too! I have lost 27lbs and 30 inches! I was shocked when I took my measurements, it's more motivating than the pounds. Keep up the good work!

Thanks Kit! Your right it is more motivating than the pounds. The inches are direct verification those problem areas are shrinking and you are doing something right!
