Hi everyone, I just thought I would post this in Mini goals because it is the lightest I have been in about 5 years, and the last time I found a scale that would support me was about 5 years ago and I weighed in at 479lbs, this morning the scale said 477lbs so this is a huge milestone for me. I am down just about 3 whole pants sizes and 1 shirt size since I have started this new way of life in Jan. I weighed in at 512 lbs on Jan 22nd (the day I got my 550lb scale) but had been doing this for about 25 days before getting the scale and had lost more than 1lb per day from the 22nd until last week where I hit a bump and lost only 2lbs. so since the 22nd its a 35lb loss and if figure its 1lb per day before then as thats how it has been since starting, I only count the weight since the scale but if I add the pound per day previous to the scale I am at about 57 lbs down since the beginning of the year (of course I don't know for sure so I just use the weight from the 22nd) either way I am lighter than I have been in 5 years! I posted this in the 300 section too but decided to post here as well because of the significance of the number for me. Thank you for reading and for the support.
