my first 10 pounds!
 

i was so totally happy when i stepped on the scale this morning and saw that i had lost my first 10 pounds!!! :flow2:

i can't wait to keep the ball rolling. i have a long way to go but i finally feel like i can make it. :D now on to onederland!
