No longer obese!
A few months ago I had my body fat measured at a local college. The printout provided calculated that if I got down to 225lbs, I would be at 25% body fat. Today I weighed in at 225.4lbs. I am now "acceptable" (oh I can't wait to see the expressions of some friends faces when I say that! I have written proof that I am acceptable! :devil: muhaha!)
225lbs is my after high school graduation (1990) weight. 26 more pounds to get to ONEderland! This will also make me "fit" with a 15% bodyfat This is a total weight loss of 285lbs so far |

Congrats but I can barely wait until I am no longer obese. At my height it will take a while from now (I am thinking maybe by Halloween....) but thanks for sharing!!
