Look at that profile!
 

I've joined WW and have lost 6 pounds but wasn't really FEELING the loss yet, yesterday 2 of my coworkers asked me to turn sideways and whooped that my profile was really changing! It was just the boost I needed to get through a dinner out without blowing it!:)

:yay: Sometimes it's really hard to see changes in ourselves. Pictures are really annoying to take but they are handy motivators to show how far you've come.

Good work on 6 pounds down!! :cheer:

Oh I absolutely get what your saying...some girl at my work didn't even know I have been trying to lose weight and she came over to my desk and said "someones lost alot of weight!" I love HER!!!! She made my whole day!!! And then the very next day another girl from my work commented on how "skinny" I looked!!!! I told them both they were getting great presents for xmas this year =)
