My first mini goal met!
 

Hello everyone! I have officially met my first goal!:dance:
I actually have lost most of my weight over the last 2 years through ups and downs.:dizzy: But the best success I have found has been from January. I lost 9# since Jan. 1st. Which is huge for me. I would say it's been 8-10 years since I was below 250# and I am so thrilled now. I just never thought I would be there again. And now I am more determined than ever. Even though I have alot to lose, I am going to make several mini goals to make it doable. But make no mistake, I've got my eye on the prize. Thanks for the support 3FC!!!!!!:woohoo:

I know how you feel, I just got below 250 recently too! :hug:

The mini-goals are great. I used to be an "all or nothing" person when it came to losing weight, but it was too hard, not realistic. Now I'm breaking it into smaller, doable chunks.

Congrats on the 9 pounds plus what you lost before that - excellent!
