Default Another NSV for me....

I actually got off my butt and did a workout video today! I haven't done one since I broke my hand in Aug. I had intentions of doing one yesterday but kept putting it off. Today I decided I had no good reason besides being lazy.

So, I did WATP 4 Mile Challenge..the hour long one. Kinda silly to start with that one but it's one of my faves!

Yay!!! The WATP 4 mile walk is a good work out!

I have the same kinda days... I'm just feeling lazy and don't want to do anything. After working out for a few months now, even though my brain says, "Just be lazy! Don't workout!" my body is saying, "I'm dying of just sitting here! I'm bored! MOVE MOVE MOVE!!!" I try to listen to my body because if I get too bored I start thinking about eating even though I'm not hungry... and that's not a good thing!

I had those thoughts last night while wacthing tv. So I layed on the floor and did some exercises. I did some for my legs, crunches, then these plank things and just kept busy until my tummy was so tight (just sore of course) I couldn't do anymore.

Do these little exercises really work? They seemed too easy at first to be doing anything but oh my, after a few reps I was about dead.
