Hey everyone, so I'm new to this whole thing, I stumbled across it just surfing around. I've read through some of the threads and posts and I think that this website is absolutely wonderful! Everyone's supportive and helpful towards others, regardless of their own situation. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, and it definitely helps when you have others by your side to support you in your efforts. Um...as for me, I reached my highest weight about 2.5 years ago now, 278.5 lbs at almost 53% body fat. Right now I'm at 181 lbs. and just under 13% body fat. So, I've lost about 97 lbs. of total weight and almost 125 lbs. of body fat! I've still got about 10-15 lbs. to go, mainly in my torsoqual sector, but I'm still working each and every day for it. It's taken me a while, but what's a few more months at this point? Just remember, nobody's perfect, we all have moments where we just want to give up and give in. However, "anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength." So keep working hard and bringing it everyday, and you will reach your goal!

Great job Griff!! You look so much like my BIL who also lost about 100 pounds a couple of years ago....Truly impressive! And you look so happy in all of your pics. Enjoy your newfound freedom of health and fitness!
