Default Raising the Bar

I am proud of myself today. I walked over 17,000 steps today. Last week, I set a goal of walking 7500 steps at least three days during the week. I averaged over 10,000 steps 5 out of the 7 days. So, I set the goal higher for this next week. I set it at 70,000 steps for the week. I am determined to make it.

HOLY COW! That is ALOT of steps! I am trying the '10,000 steps-a-day' challenge and have to walk FOUR AND A HALF MILES just to make it to the 10,000. I cannot even imagine 17,000! PHENOMENAL! I am so impressed. Keep it up!

Excellent goal, just keep moving- every step counts. At work I get 15,000 steps on average, but when I am at home and not paying attention I get a whopping... 2,500 steps on average. They don't work together so I am getting on your bandwagon!
