I am sooo excited! =D I've reached my first mini-goal! I set my first goal at 149, not because it's just under 150 (though that's a bonus!), but because it's when I'd officially be in the "Normal" BMI range. I honestly don't bank too much on BMI's, but I do rely on them a bit to know around where I should set my goals. And now I'm no longer overweight!! That's very exciting!
I've been feeling better recently because I've been eating healthier and exercising. I rely on the scale to help me track my progress. But more recently, I've noticed that I'm less likely to care what the scale says. I FEEL better, and that makes me happier than losing a pound. Of course though, losing a pound is exciting as well.
I've lost the weight by following the SBD. I basically have been just eating more veggies, more lean meats, and exercising more. So, this has been working wonders and I'm hoping this turns into more of a lifestyle once I've reached my final goal. =]
Of course, I have 3FC to thank for all the motivation to keep me going towards my goals! You are all so inspirational and wonderful! =D I know for a fact that I couldn't have done this without you all!
Oh, and my fiance said that once I reach my first mini-goal that I could go on a mini shopping spree! So guess what I'm doing after work today!?!
