Okay guys, although my weight loss is not even half way, But today i was at work and i was just chatting to one of the guys and he just turned round and said you've lost a lot of weight and i smiled SO much. He said he had noticed i looked different and couldnt work out what, how awesome is that. Its such a boost when people tell you things like that. He then wolf whistled at me later! oh my.
