When I put my watch on this morning I had to use the next smaller size.
Isn't it great how these little happenings can make us sooo happy?

At the risk of being laughed off from 3fc, I was wondering what NSV stands for. I know that it will be something really obvious once I hear it, but I can't for the life of me figure this one out.

Non Scale Victory - anything that makes you feel great about losing that has nothing to do with your weight...new clothing size, someone notices your losing, etc.
