Moving the BIG 50 lb. block

Would anyone like to share your experience with "moving the big block" on the scale?? I am just a couple pounds away from being able to move the 50 lb. block on the scale as I move under 200. I am soooo excited about being able to do this. However, I'm a bit hesitant to get crazy over it so I don't set myself up for some kind of letdown when the moment "isn't all that".
Any thoughts?? Suggestions??

Yes, I use a big physician's scale, too. It was exciting to finally move that big block down the scale!

Oh, I HATE that block! Last visit to the MD I was over 250, and next visit is next week, so I will be obviously under that block but still over the 200 block. Now I'm going to visualize the NEXT visit and being under the 200 block. Thanks for the idea!

OneLastTime, when I read your post I had absolutely NO idea what you were talking about! :?: I thought perhaps this was some kind of television show contest. :dunno: It wasn't until I read further posts that I got it. :lol3: I don't use a doctor's scale but I can completely understand your euphoria. Wow! Great job and, yes, do something wild! You are awesome!!! :bravo:

I was very excited the first time i was at the gym and able to finally not have to move that 50 pound block over. I was able to stop it at 100 and just move that little part all the way down to the 40's. Now i get to stop at the end of the 30's. It really is a great feeling. I can't wait until you all get there where you don't have to move that block over that next 50 mark!! It really does feel good!!!

I don't use the doctor office kind of scale, but I can understand that excitement completely! I remember years ago when I weighed 135, I didn't need the 150 block at the doctors office. Then I went back a few years ago and sure enough, CLUNK! Over goes the 50 pound block and down went my self esteem. I didn't want to go to back ever again!!! Now I'm officially under 150 again, so if I were to go to the doctor's office today...you know what I wouldn't hear? The CLUNK of that 150 pound block! RELIEF!! =D
