180s here I come!

  • This week's weigh in was 190.2 and it's a PMS week, so I'm going to count myself as meeting this minigoal since it's under .5. I can't wait to get to 180 as I've got the ok then to start jogging. I've had some foot problems & the podiatrist & regular dr. advised me to wait until that point to prevent more strain/injury to the feet. Low impact stuff has been very helpful, but I can't wait to add some variety to the routine. I'm going to start saving for a good pair of running shoes now. And it's kind of a milestone minigoal because now I have less to lose (40 pounds) than I have lost (60 pounds).
  • Way to go nylisa!!! You're doing great. I know the PMS/TOM week can be frustrating scale wise. Treat yourself to those new running shoes and run run run on to your goal!
