It's A Start!
 

So, back in June when I was in the States, I went to Target with a friend and bought a pair of simple black capris. Nothing too special - just a pair of what I'd call 'all purpose pants.' Anyway they were size 20 and they fit... but when I sat down they were really tight in the tummy area. I didn't want to consider that MAYBE I should have bit the bullet and bought the size 22s. Still thought, uncomfortable enough that I really noticed the tightness when I was sitting.


Today I put the same pants on while I was doing some housework (it's a national holiday in England today) and noticed that not only were they feeling a lot looser but the tightness feeling in the tummy was gone! Did the sit down test to be sure - yup!

Here's hoping it is the first of many clothes in my wardrobe to start falling off me!! :D
