Half Way Mark!

I reached my half way mark this morning at 168! I leave for Europe in a few hours so it's a great feeling to know I'm half way there. I will be careful in what I eat on vacation because I don't want to gain. See everyone in September!

Great job! Half-way is a great mini-goal to achieve! If you made it THIS far, you KNOW you can make it the rest of the way! Just do what you've already done one more time.
