I can't believe it.
 

Today I have officially lost 30 pounds..I can't believe it. I never thought that I was capable of doing this. I never thought I would be committed to weight loss. I figured "Oh, it will last maybe a month..And when the novelty wears off you'll be back to your old habits."

But here I am. Four and a half months. I haven't quit. I didn't give up because I had a bad day. And I have no explanation for it, other than the support of all of you fabulous people here. Thank you so much for helping me stay committed to this by sharing your own struggles with me. You have helped me in so many ways. I am enlightened about what a diet really is...This sisn't a quick fix, this is forever. I know how to make better choices. I know how to get through a bad day. So, thank you. All of you.

Wow...thats a real achievement, congratulations. You're stronger than you think.
