well its not much but i have lost 10lbs since july and am quite proud as some pants i bought at the start of my diet were a UK size 12 which was annoying because i usualy fit into a size 10 ..... anyways .... i can now a month on only wear the size 12's with a belt and i bought a pair of size 10 shorts that were quite loose! i cant wait to crack size 8's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not a big diff in my upper body but heck i am so happy right not i'll just have to wait for that to happen!


*oh and i am expecting to extend my goal......
