I have reached my goal

I have reached my goal of 220 lbs. I weighed in at 220 lbs today. That is 3 lbs down from last friday and 24 lbs since I started. My waist measurement was 36 and 1/2 inches down from 41 when I started in May. I am going to set another goal and make it 210. If I lose 6 more lbs I will have lost 30 lbs.
From 244 to 220.
