My mini-goal was to lose from 262 (Dec 06) to 200 by May 4th(07) well I made it down to 210 by May 4th. Recently I broke the 200 lb mark and am celebrating my success. Still have 25-40 lbs to go

Even in early 1990's (first photo) when kids were small I was very overweight
2nd pic was Sept of 2006 at a classic car show still about 260
3rd pic was Dec of 06 I had lost about 15 lbs
4th pic was March of 07 I had lost about 40 lbs
5th pic was June of 07 I have lost 62 lbs....see no more double chins...haha!
