I finally saw 156 on the scale this morning. I was soooooo excited!!!! I have officially lost 40 pounds since starting this journey last January!!! I only have about 26 left to go to hit my first main goal of 130. Once there i'll decide if i want to try for 120. This is almost as good news as when I fit into a size 8 dress pants on Monday of this week!!! What a great week this has been for me!!!!!

And i couldn't do it without all of you!!! I just want you to know that!!! I love you all!!!!

Girl....you will be there before you know it....WOW...look at you already...down 154 pounds!!! that is so much more awesome than my little 40 pounds. I can't wait to see 66 pounds gone (my real goal) or even 75 pounds gone (my hopeful goal of 120)!!

Oh no, I know that each lb is as hard to get off as the other, whether it's one of 40 or one of 154. They all require lots of hard work, don't they.
