I havent felt this good for a very long time. Always just being depressed about my weight. I know I shouldnt let to scale measure my success, but when I woke up to 189!!! It just felt empowering. I cant even remember being this weight!! Im just so happy, cant wait to see what else I have in store for ME!!

CONGRATS!! That's awesome. It feels so good to hit a new decade, doesn't it? I bet you have plenty more pleasant surprises in store for yourself. :)

Stacie...that is fabulouse....and true, a number on the scale should not make us feel good about ourselves, but when you've been trying to lose weight and you finally do see some progress....of course we feel happy!!
