Im over the moon I aimed to loose 2kg a week and I am not yet at the end of my first week but I wanted to check that the goal I was aiming for was achevable I did not expect that I would have lost the 2kg I was very worried that I may have been eating under the amount too much because yestday I only had 1313 Kcal and burnt 100.
But it must be ok = ).
