40 pounds in 4 months!

Hello chicks,

I have another reason to rejoice this morning. Today the scale read 275 -- giving me a total loss of 40 pounds in just over 4 months. Yipee! :trampo:

Only 150 more to go until I reach my goal weight. :dizzy:
