Countdown to April 14

  • Hello all,

    I've decided to finally set myself a mini goal!!So here i am. I'm actually trying to lose 4.5 inches off my hips for my next Curves weigh in. I'm hoping this thread will make me accountable. i'm on Slimming World and wanted to give the whole Low Carb thing a try so i've switched to Red Days, with healthy extras of nuts and cheese. I've also added protein shakes(i've been told this replenishes your muscles after a workout, building muscles helps eat more fat from your body, therefore i need to increase lean muscle).

    My schedule is as follows:

    Monday: Curves 30 minutes and Tae Bo Basic 45 minutes.
    Tuesday: BREAK...(have uni ALL DAY LOONG)
    Wednesday:Curves 30 minutes Tae Bo Basic 45 minutes.
    Thursday:Aqua fitness and Swimming.
    Friday: Curves 30 minutes and swimming
    Saturday:Curves 30 minutes and swimming
    Sunday: Tae Bo Basic and swimming

  • Wow! You do a lot of swimming. What kind of routine do you have when you go to the pool?
  • I'm not really a great swimmer!!I'm the kinda swimmer that if i was thrown off a boat i could swim for dear life but thats about it, i just get in the pool and swim lengths till my time is up. I also do aqua fitness.
