35 pounds gone forever!!!!
 
Finally broke through on the scale today, I am down a total of 35 pounds since I started this journey in January and I have lost a total of 29.5 inches off of my body!

I am working out 6 days per week and feeling amazing, bought a cute and sexy dress and wore it to a wedding last weekend and I thought I looked great! My DH thought so too. It is amazing how much better you start feeling about yourself as you shed these weights that are attached to your body, mind and soul.:D :
