The most mini goal ever!

  • Today, I ate a healthy lunch. Today, I ate a healthy dinner. Today, instead of picking at the chocolate in the fridge, I cut up a banana and drizzled a little honey on it.

    Today, I acheived a positive. It's not something huge, but it is something that I really want to continue. Some of my other posts have just bemoaned the fact that I don't eat well and there's nothing I can do about it. WRONG!

    3FC has been the best support and motivation EVER. I never knew how many people had actually chosen to change their lives, instead of moaning about it.

    Hi to evryone, I'm new here and looks like this is a great support site.

    Last week I i counted my carbs and KJ. I weighed everything I ate. Just for a week I ate what I usually eat just to see what I really do to my body. (OMG) Starting today I am going to watch it. Not deprive myself, but I love snacks so I am going to moniter carefully what goes in my mouth, and eat in moderation.

    One thing I refuse to do is cut my sugar from my cuppas. I aim to cut down to 3 cups a day instead of 6 though so that should help.
