Made it back alive after the holidays!!
 

After finally reaching the 170s, (179 to be exact) I totally lost it and binged out for pretty much all of December (AAAAAGGGGHHH) I was totally discouraged, and soooo mad at myself :mad: BUT I've recovered and continue to battle my food addiction demons :devil: AND I've not only made it back to the 170s, I've surpassed my 179 to get down to 177 :carrot: :carrot: :carrot: I just feel soooo much better and my goal weight is so close. I'm feeling ultra motivated because I've managed to overcome some seriously difficult opportunities to gorge myself on the bad stuff. Feeling renewed and ready to go, Roch
