I decided to put together a progress album of just facial shots... mostly to encourage myself because I have not been losing weight lately. Omigosh even I can see a HUGE difference!! This is definitely enough to motivate me to keep going!!!
I am starting with the "Before" in approx. November 2005 -- ending with Tuesday, 8/2/06.
Thanks Tami! LOL I am still thinking there must be "something wrong" with those last photos as I could not have changed that much. I love how narrow my shoulders look too... unfortunately the huge boobs and stomach are still there!
You look great Misti, I can definitely see a huge difference. You are looking so much younger and your face is very slim. WTG, Congratulations on an awesome job. I love the new avatar pic with the cute hair cut.
Thanks! LOL yah I am looking better as long as you can just see my face, shoulders and legs. It is all that other stuff in between that is the big problem! But I will NOT stop!!
[QUOTE=phantastica]This is exactly what I did when I plateaued, too!

LOL yah we do what we gotta do to keep from giving up, huh? And thanks for the kind words. I could NEVER have made it this far without you and all the other wonderful people here at 3FC!! People pay gazillions of $$$ for "help programs" and don't get a squillionth of the wonderful encouragement we get here!!!
Deb, glad you are blessed by the Scripture reminder. Actually we have a brand new teaching pastor and his first sermon Sunday was about the glory of God... and He used that verse so I latched onto it. It's a great reminder in the grocery store or wherever!!!! \o/ (that is my own symbol for hands lifted in praise.
Misti, are you the same person with the Jeremiah verse before? I am new and I am reading that you changed your photo.
Yep, that's me. Actually I just changed it back to that since I had the other one here. And yes, have to admit even I am not sure I would recognize me from my old photo.
Glad you are here, and I look forward to getting to know you!!!!!! Please share more about yourself as you feel comfortable doing so.
