Ok thank to all and advice I think I got it down and THANK.I am not sure if they show the best . But its worth a try. I an from a 22 to a most any 16 out of 2 xl and 3 xl shirts to a 16/18 lost about 41 inches

Not often I like to look at my pictures. But this weekend I was at a gathering and When I got home. Wouldn't you know it I actually found a picture I like. .
