    Thanks so much! Yesterday marked 1 year since I started. I did it by calorie counting and exercise. Best of luck to you!

    Congratulations! You look great in your photos!

    We have the same start weight and about the same goal. I always love to see 'before and after' photos - they are a great inspiration!

    I'm about half way there and I'm looking forward to being where you are now!
