Hello ladies. I am new here and just starting to calorie count. I started doing low carb (off and on) over the last few years, I finally buckled down and lost 45 pounds. Since my fall off the wagon at Halloween I haven't been able to get my spirit back. I had maintained my loss up until recently when I started having problems with depression, emotional eating and binges. So I decided to try something I have not done yet. I had never tried to lose weight until low carb so now I am trying calorie counting (so I can still have some chocolate) to try and eat better foods and some excercise. Wish me luck. Congratulations to everyone on this site, food is a constant struggle and everyone here is very supportive.
