I lost my first 8 pounds over a week ago but now I am fluctuating between 2 to 4 pounds gained this week. I guess I lost the 8 pounds because I didn't eat any high carbs or juices. I was also sick. I started drinking store bought cranberry juice and ate some ice cream and pizza. So starting this week I will go back to eating healthy with no sweets for at least two weeks. I am on an antibotic so I have to drink a lot of water. This week I will look for real cranberry juice that has little to no sugar or carbohydrates. I was only suppose to lose 2 pounds a week but I lost 8 in one so I am not going to sweat about it. I will weigh myself on 30th of this month.
