Starting weight - 256
Current Weight - 222
I still have a while to go but, I can not believe what a difference 34 lbs has made in not only my Mental happiness, but The Physical difference.
Some days, I still feel like the day I started.. So, I took some pictures tonight
to remind me how far I have came, and to continue on.
I started my Journey this time on June 20 and Today is October 16
and for anybody wondering what I do, I count my calories
Weight my food with a scale, Try not to eat a lot of carbs.
and go to the gym 4- 5 days a week for about an hour
a little longer on weekends.
I lift and do cardio
