27lbs lighter....progress & before pics
 

These are my progress pictures. I started at 203 and am now 176. I'm 5'3", so I still have a ways to go but looking at these pictures, I can see a difference that keeps me motivated to keep going.

You can tell how much happier you are about the photos being taken, even with your face all squiggled out. Your body language is totally different.

You look awesome, I have one question though, You show your face in your profile pic but you shaded your face in your before and after pics, I was just curious as to why?

Before I posted my pictures, I read one of the threads...I think it's one of the pinned threads...and one of the warnings is that anyone can have access to our photos and use them for fake weight loss product testimonials without our knowledge. I'm not okay with someone using my picture for something like that without my knowledge...especially since I'm not taking any diet pills or other diet 'helpers'. That's why I squiggled my face :-)
