171lbs in January to 156lbs (fluctuating a little when birthday cake is around) Eliminating wheat got rid of a lot of puffiness

Does no one post bikini pictures? I read the part about not posting pictures of you wearing something you wouldn't walk around town in but it would show my progress much better.

My goal pictures, back many pages, showed skin but my head is not in the pic. ;)
