Progress! Slow but steady
 

I had a fun weekend, and in the process a friend of mine took some pictures with me in them, so I thought I'd set up a little Before and During.

I'm about halfway to my weight goal right now, and then would like to build more muscle tone.

Definitely still a work in progress, and it's only 10 lbs, but I think you can see a little difference personally. :)

Thank you both! It's kind of alarming really to see such a difference in only 11 lbs I think, but it's nice to be getting back into a weight range where I'm comfortable with my body :)
