Mini-goal - Onederland!
 

I finally reached the magical land of Oneder! I was so excited to see these two pictures side by side, as the before picture was one of the things that made me realize it was time to get my health in check. I'm not sure how much I weighed in the picture, but I weighed in at 232 the day I joined the ymca in January 2013. Its been slow going most of the time, but the support of this community and some changes in my diet and exercise plans have finally sped things up lately and I'm truly beginning to feel accomplished. Woohoo!

Thank you all so much! I didn't even notice the difference in my arms so I'm glad it was pointed out.

We went for a hike today to prep for a backpacking trip. My backpack weighed 30 pounds, just under my total weight lost. It was so cool to really visualize and feel how much extra weight I was carrying. Can't wait to lose the next 50!
