Just a nice shout to thanks for the motivation, support and informative posts that's on the forum.

Late 2012 - Around 410lbs which was actually 22lbs lighter than my starting weight of 432lbs

Have 73lbs to go but its nice to be down to double digits.

my mental shift is still a progress. sometime see my old self and some days i see the progress but the comparisons really helped in just how far i have come.
