1 Month in, 24 lbs down! [w/pics]
I started eating healthy on January 27th, and I did a juice fast for 5 days, ate veggies for the next 2, and since then I've been doing keto. I weighed myself this morning, and I have lost 24 lbs!! ^___^ I'm so excited and happy. During the process, I realized I have a gluten intolerance. My gut/mid-section area has slimmed a lot, my face/skin has a healthy glow, and.... I have a lot of energy (which is wonderful since I'm a teacher!) Well, here are the before/after pics:

I am a teacher too! I have lost 30 since January 1. I think about 26 in the last month. What is keto?
