Wow, so I came across these two old progress shots today, and thought it was time to try taking another one. Looking at them now, I'm just amazed???? at the difference.

From left to right is Oct 2011, where I think I was actually 216 lbs at the time, and then the middle is Dec 2011, two months of watching what I eat later & about 200 lbs?

2012 is just going to have to remain a mysterious time period with no progress shots. I really only hovered at 198 lbs the entire year, though, even after a double mastectomy.

However, in November, I started actively working at this again, eating better once more and taking up running. So the last on the right here is today, March 3rd, 2013, at 170 lbs.



I've still got a ways to go, and I thought I might have started slipping again for awhile there, but seeing these together is definitely providing me with plenty of motivation to keep going. :>

You are so much smaller!! Great job . It's also pretty cool that even though you weren't doing much to lose weight, for a bit there, that you didn't gain it all back. That is impressive, especially since it sounds like a pretty stressful time for you. Congratulations!
