A year later!
 

I joined Snap Fitness last November when they opened a new location here. I wasn't really committed to go the distance at first and the holidays weren't nice to me. After the first of the year, I got back on track and participated in their Boot Camp. Grueling for an obese 57 year old! It showed me how out of shape I was.

I joined Metabolic Research Center in early June and I'm now one pound from my goal, which is the weight on my drivers license. I'm planning to lose just a bit more to have some wiggle room, although I know that my eating habits have changed for good.
