Default My mini goal

I decided to post some pics of my mini weight loss. I started out at 172. I only have one recent pic of me at this weight, (I did not like my pic taken). Anyway I am 147-148 now..so around 25 lbs weight loss. I don't like pics of me floating around on the internet, so I did black out my face lol.

The first pic is of me and my daughter in Feb, it was her 18th birthday.
The second one is of me now, the third is a few months ago when I weighed in around 154-155. I showed two pics of my back view to show the difference. I lost alot in my butt, lol. The fourth is me now, and I had to do a bathing suit shot...still have some weight to loss around the belly, legs, and I hate that arm pit fat.lol.

Of course I tan, I think it makes you look a little better to have some color haha. But anyway, I have about 12 more pounds to go. I hope I can do it.

Wow! Just, wow! Great job...you look totally different from that first picture, and that bikini is smoking! Of course you can do it...keep punching those 12 pounds in the face

Awesome awesome progress! (I tan too haha) You can totally see the definition! You are so close to your goal!

What have you been doing in terms of exercise/diet?

Eating around 1500 cal a day, including treats. I walk around 30 mins everyday or every other day, anywhere from 1.5 - 3 miles. I have done a few low impact workouts. I cut out all sodas..used to drink them alot! I think that has helped.
