    I really started changing the way I ate in I believe toward the end of 2010. Took a year in a half basically to loose all that weight but now it seems my weight is staying between 137 and 147 depending on what I eat.

    Thanks everyone. Sure was hard to get to what I am now and ever since I lost the weight I've been much happier and love myself more. I believe I can do anything now.
