Default Size 16 to Size 8
Started at 175 and made it to 129, then during a military PCS, I was eating out everyday and not working out, and I found myself at 144.5LBS. I am mad at myself for gaining so much weight. I do have the knowledge of a healthy lifestyle and I know what I should be doing.
I have previously done Weight Watchers and I am currently doing south beach and hopefully getting back into running and doing jillian michael's workouts.

This it to remind myself that I have made progress and I can stop old habits right now and move forward

You look great!! I know what you mean about PCSing. The same thing happens to me!! It's so hard to stay on track when your life is all upside down. You can do it!

You'll do it no problem I love Jillian Michaels Shred (been doing it for over 2 months-so much for the 30 day) and she'll motivate you from afar.
