Change in my body a little less than 2 months in!

  • For the first 6 weeks, I ate about 1400-1500 calories most days (with about one 1800-2000 calorie day a week), and worked out for 30-45 mins 4 to 5 times a week. The past couple weeks I've been eating about the same but working out for an hour almost every day.

    I don't see a huge change, but my clothes are definitely fitting better!
