Default Progress Pictures April 13- Aug 26
Since April 13, 2011, I have lost 45 lbs following the Ideal Protein protocol. More importantly, many of my health concerns, including Hypoglycemia, High Blood Pressure, and Borderline High Cholesterol have gone away. My goal is to lose around 20 more lbs in the coming months.
