I have been counting calories 1400 a day and doing workouts 3 times a week So far I have only lost 7 lbs but I think my skin is finally shrinking to match my weight loss Also I am wearing the same outfit and trying to do the same pose. Hahaha My hair is funny in the second pic. The first pic is the before and the secind pic is the after. By the way I am 5 foot even
