Hi! As of today I have lost 50 lbs. I'm very proud of myself and I feel great. Note that the old me strategically was hiding my body behind someone in the photo. No more!

I want to thank everyone on this forum for encouraging me and letting me read about your experiences, it has been a key factor in my success. Thanks to Matt_H for introducing me to the Forum and for the people who got me into calorie counting which has lead to a five pound loss after a six week stall in the first week (!!!)
