Start a new thread You'll see a small button on the left on the same line as the page #'s Under additional options you will see manage attachments, click that and you can choose where your pictures will come from. After you create the thread, then you copy and paste the website url that appears on your browser address onto your "Edit signature". Let me know if you need help! |

Congrats on your weight loss! You look great. You are a real inspiration to me. I currently weigh 166 and my goal weight is 135 and we are the same height. I meet with my IP coach tomorrow and plan to begin on Monday. I have a cruise at the end of September so I am hoping to meet my goal weight by then. Thanks for posting your pictures!
